Moonbirds and Azuki IP Integrated into AI-Powered Verse8 Gaming Platform via Story Protocol

Story Protocol, a blockchain-based intellectual property management platform, has partnered with Verse8, an AI-native game creation tool, to bring Moonbirds and Azuki NFT collections into user-generated games. The collaboration leverages Story's Layer-1 network for IP licensing and royalty distribution while utilizing Verse8's no-code game development environment.

Verse8's platform allows creators to generate multiplayer 2D/3D games through natural language prompts, featuring proprietary technology that converts single images into 3D assets. Despite its beta status, the platform boasts 800,000 monthly active users and thousands of creators. The integration enables on-chain registration of game elements—characters, quests, environments—with automated attribution and revenue-sharing mechanisms.

Moonbirds and Azuki IP will be customizable within Verse8's AI builder, allowing for branded game expansions and in-game monetization. Revenue distribution will be managed through programmable royalties on Story's blockchain. The partnership launches officially at Seoul's Origin Summit on September 23, 2025.
